Coach AJ’s journey into coaching began with her own transformation. There was a point when she made the intentional decision to prioritize her mind, body, soul, and spirit. Through healing, mindset work, and learning to show up differently for herself, she began creating a life she didn’t even know was possible.
That experience changed more than her life. It changed her purpose. She realized how powerful it can be when someone has the right support, the right tools, and the confidence to believe that something different is possible for them.
That belief eventually led her to coaching and, over the last decade, has grown into work that allows her to support individuals, leaders, teams, organizations, and communities.
Today, Coach AJ is an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), keynote speaker, and workshop facilitator, but the heart behind her work hasn’t changed: to help at least one person every day move closer to the life they’ve always dreamed of.

Coach AJ’s career didn’t begin on a stage or inside a coaching session. It began behind the wheel of a bus. Today, the destination looks a little different. Instead of driving people from one physical place to another, she helps people move from where they are to where they know they’re capable of being.
